Art of Being

Life is not a zero-sum game.

We rise by lifting others.

True abundance is a deep feeling of nurture, gratitude, and connection.

It fills your emotional cup until it’s overflowing with love.

And when your cup runneth over, you naturally want to give.

Many people unknowingly spend their lives trying to escape themselves.

Running from their shadows, numbing their problems, and avoiding their fears.

Unable to recognize the opportunities for self-transformation.

Instead of resisting the change that accompanies inner work, lean in.

Developing your intuition allows you to trust yourself more, thereby opening up to life.

Your most important relationship is with yourself.

In essence, your Higher Self which is free, loving, and joyful.

As an integrated individual, expression of love comes naturally.

Meditation and prayer are no longer deliberate practices, but a way of being, as every thought is mindful.

This is easier to monitor as you merge with your Higher Self and aspects of the ego are healed.

Mindfulness is more than just being present.

It’s being aware of your mental and emotional processes at any given moment.

Why you think what you think and do what you do.

With practice, you’ll be able to intercept those thoughts not conductive to your overall well-being faster.

Whenever we have a thought that triggers certain emotions, we reinforce that neural pathway.

This works to our advantage for positive, expansive thoughts, but is detrimental when faced with false, limiting beliefs.

Mindfulness is a way to reprogram your mind, thus transmuting emotions that are attached to various thoughts.

It conditions you to look at things from a different perspective, which is key.

Changing your perspective raises your awareness.

This process of reorientation allows you to shift into higher states of consciousness over time.

So that you can tap into your truth and experience more wonder in being.
