Shipping & Returns

Our current shipping and processing time is 1-2 business days.  Your confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your inbox.  Please check your spam folder to ensure delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address where the shipment can be delivered without complications.  It is also the customer's responsibility to track their order, make arrangements for its delivery, and be present to accept the package, if needed.

Domestic orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
  • $5 flat fee shipping

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or alternate partner carriers, as needed.
  • Canada: $13 flat fee
  • General: $18 flat fee
It may take 2-3 weeks to receive an international order.  We are not responsible for any custom fees or duties.


We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of your order confirmation.  The returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.  Items that are on sale or purchased through a discount code may not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and providing tracking information.  Once your return is received and inspected,  we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
